Trocaire Box

Trocaire Box. This year’s trocaire box is adorned withimages of people based in Ireland with the Words
“Justice Fighters” highlighting the fact that these Irish based supporters and volunteers go to incredible lengths
to protect the most vulnerable people in our World. Each face represents a genuine Trocaire supporter who gives
regularly of their time and support to Trocaire through a variety of different roles in parishes, including
volunteering, awareness raising, and fundraising or through their pastoral and teaching capacities. This
year’s box is both a recognition and a celebration of ordinary people who do extraordinary things in the
pursuit of Justice. They are in effect Missionaries of Mercy.
